Moreover, Partial Least Square -Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique was used to analyze the data in which hypotheses were tested after the establishment of measurement and inner models. The first finding revealed that instructional management of education faculty has significant impact on academic performance of students at higher education level, the second finding showed that academic performance has strong association with students’ loyalty at higher education level and finally, last finding reported that students’ academic self-efficacy positively mediates the relationship between instructional management and academic performance at higher education level.
