Plagiarism Policy
The International Premier Journal of Languages & Literature is committed to academic integrity and rigorously enforces its Plagiarism Policy in line with the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan’s standards. This policy includes several critical components to ensure the originality and credibility of all published works:
Turnitin Requirement:
All manuscripts must be accompanied by a Turnitin Similarity Report at the time of submission.
Overall Similarity Threshold:
The total similarity index of a submitted manuscript must not exceed 19 percent, safeguarding against extensive copying.
Single Source Limitation:
No single source should account for more than 4 percent of the overall similarity index to prevent dependency on any particular source.
Cross-Checking Sources:
Submissions are cross-checked against a vast database of academic works to detect any overlap.
Consequence of Violation:
Manuscripts that do not comply with these standards may be rejected, or authors may be asked to revise and resubmit their work to meet the plagiarism policy requirements.
