Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to ensure their submission complies with all the following items. Submissions that do not adhere to these guidelines may be returned to the authors:

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it currently under consideration by another journal (any exceptions must be explained in the Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is formatted as an OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document.
  • URLs for the references have been provided where applicable.
  • The text is single-spaced and uses a 12-point font. It uses italics for emphasis instead of underlining (except for URL addresses). All illustrations, figures, and tables are embedded within the text at the appropriate points, rather than being placed at the end.
  • The text complies with the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author's Guidelines.

Article Format and Style Sheet

Note: The entire manuscript should be composed in Times New Roman font. Specific font sizes for various sections are detailed below. The document should be formatted to A4 paper size, with margins set at 1.15 inches for both left and right sides, and 1.65 inches for the top and bottom..

Title

The title should be center-aligned, in uppercase, bold, and size 16 font. It should not exceed 15 words. Avoid using formulas, acronyms, and jargon in the title as these elements can obscure the content's focus.

Author(s) Details

A maximum of three authors is permitted per article. The author's details should be centre-aligned and written in size 10 font directly below the title. Include the following details in sequence:

  • Full Name
  • Academic or Occupational Affiliation (Designation and Institute Name)
  • E-mail ID (in italics)

Abstract

The abstract is mandatory and must contain at least 200 words in size 12 font. It should succinctly describe the study's Problems, research design, findings, and significance.

Keywords

At least 5-10 keywords are required. The keywords list should be in italics, alphabetized, and separated by commas, concluding with a period.

Manuscript

The manuscript text should be in size 12 font with single-line spacing. Set line spacing to 0 pts before and 6 pts after each paragraph. All headings should be bold and adhere to APA guidelines. The manuscript should range between 15-25 pages, including references. It should include sections such as Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion. The Introduction may incorporate a review of relevant literature. Appendices are not permitted.

Ensure the manuscript is free from grammatical, punctuation, and spelling errors. New scholars should have their drafts reviewed by an English language expert prior to submission.

Tables, Figures, and Images

Use tables and figures effectively to convey complex information succinctly. Ensure all visual material supports communication and is relevant to the text. Refer to all tables and figures in the text, providing a clear explanation for the reader. Follow APA 6th Edition guidelines for formatting.

References

References in the text must be included alphabetically at the end of the article in APA style (6th Edition ). Ensure there is a corresponding reference in the text for each entry in the reference list. Citations in the abstract are not allowed. Mention personal discussions and unpublished findings in the text but not in the reference list.

Language

As a monolingual journal, only articles submitted in English will be considered. However, references and examples from other languages may be included in the manuscript.
