Policy for the Editor
- The editor is fully responsible for maintaining the quality of the journal.
- He/She has complete authority to accept or reject any research paper based on the journal’s publishing policy, the standard of the topic, references, material, presentation, and language of the submitted paper, as well as professional requirements.
- The editor ensures that every paper undergoes a blind peer review process and conducts a Plagiarism Check on every paper, strictly adhering to the HEC Plagiarism Policy.
- The editor is committed to upholding the journal’s policies independently, without any institutional pressure. They are also responsible for issuing corrigenda for corrections, clarifications, or apologies when necessary.
- The editor has the authority to appoint and change members of the Editorial Board and Advisory Board at any time and ensures the smooth functioning of the journal, including conducting regular editorial board meetings.
- In selecting articles for publication, the editor disregards discriminatory factors such as gender, race, ethnicity, religious belief, cultural sentiments, political affiliation, seniority, or institutional association of the authors.
- The editor strives to promptly respond to authors regarding queries about papers submitted for publication.
- The editor will not edit any submitted paper which would have any conflict of interest. He/She is responsible for asking the reviewers/evaluators also for disclosing any conflict of interest regarding the submitted research paper to ensure impartiality.
- The editor ensures the confidentiality of the content of the manuscript before publishing at his and the reviewer’s end.
