اعلانِ نبوت سے پہلے معاشرتی برائیاں اور نبی کریم ﷺ کا اصلاحی کردار SOCIAL EVILS BEFORE THE DECLARATION OF PROPHETHOOD AND THE REFORMATIVE ROLE OF THE PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ)

Abstract

This study examines the major social evils prevalent in Arabian society before the declaration of Prophethood and analyses the reformative role of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ in that social context. Pre-Islamic Arabian society faced tribal prejudice, social injustice, exploitation of vulnerable groups, and various moral disorders. In this environment, the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ demonstrated truthfulness, honesty, justice, compassion, and social responsibility through his practical life. His participation in Hilf al-Fudul, honest commercial dealings, and wise resolution of the dispute over the placement of the Black Stone reflect his commitment to justice, reconciliation, and social harmony. The study concludes that his pre-Prophetic conduct provided a practical model of ethical and social reform and established public trust through personal integrity and responsible social behaviour.
